iPhone and iPod touch Special Features

 

With the "Highlight Labels" setting set to "ON", Touching the "Shift" key highlights all the corresponding function labels to have convenient feedback about the active functions in each key.

In the same way, with the "Highlight Labels" setting set to "ON", Touching the "STATS" key highlights all the corresponding labels to have a visual feedback about the active functions.

To learn how to enable or disable this feature see below in the settings section.

Copy-Paste

 

When any part of the Screen is touched, the Copy & Paste buttons are shown.

Touch the "Copy" button to copy the displayed number in string format to the general device's clipboard.

Touch the "Paste" button to input the value of the string in the device's general clipboard.

Is there is no value to Paste this button will be disabled.

The copied value is persintent, so it is availabe even after the calculator is closed.
Selection

We replace the "ON" button with a convinient "OPT" button. Touching in this button, pops up a Selection Menu where you have acces to all the 12BII unique features:

  • Touch "Memory Content" to see the Memory View.
  • Touch "Settings" option to open the Settings view.

  • Touch "About 10BII" to see a general information view about the current release.
 


Memory Content View

 

Scroll the table view to see the all the memory content :

  • General registers.
  • Time Value of Money Registers.
  • Cumulative statistics registers.
  • Memory registers from R0 to R9.
  • Cash flow registers from CF-00 to CF-15.

To get back to the calculator, touch the "Done" button.

To show a general information view, touch the "Info" button.


iPhone & iPod touch Settings View
Settings
  • Highlight Labels: enable or disable the Shift or Stats labels highlighting.
  • Disable Auto-Lock: set to "ON" disables the device's Auto-Lock general settings.
  • Decimal Separator : select comma or point as decimal separator.
  • Nº of Decimals : set the number of digits after the decimal point.
  • Click Sound : enable or disable the click sound feedback.
  • Sound Volume: set the click sound volume feedback.
  • Save Orientation : Set to "ON" makes the calculator to launch in the last orientation.
  • Auto Orientation : enable or disable the interface orientation.
  • Default Orientation: Touch the iPhone to set the orientation you want to keep (Auto Orientation should be OFF).
  • Screen Contrast : Touch the left or right arrow to set the desire contrast.

 Touch this button to close
the view and get back to
the calculator.
